There's also QuickIM that allows filling in the following fields:

I tried it with: ds.escargot.nina.chat and ds.escargot.nina.chat/rdr/pprdr.asp but it doesn't connect.
I also tried Jimm.with the OSCAR protocol. With version 0.5.1 I managed to connect. My contact list is empty though... :)
