Whenever I try to use Messenger Plus! 5.02 on Windows 11 24H2. I keep getting the Error status 0xc0000130.

It also tells me C:\Program Files (x86)\Yuna Software\Messenger Plus!\MsgPlusLive.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains and error. And it tells me to try reinstalling it which I have done.
